Charity Application and Selection Process

The 2020 Charities have already been chosen.  Please check back on our site for the 2021 Application November 1st.

Applicant Information

Each year the CCS Charity Guild funds five Atlanta-metro area charities with “large grants” of up to $25,000 each.  Large grant applicant requirements include:

  • Must be a 501c3 corporation

  • Positively impact Atlanta-metro area residents

  • Have two years of audited financial statements for the two years      immediately preceding application

  • Have not received Charity Guild large grant funding for the two years immediately prior to application.  Any organization that received two consecutive years of grant funding may re-apply for grant funding after taking one year off.

Please note that only the first 15 qualified and completed applications for large grants ($25,000) will be considered on the voting ballot. Thus, interested charities should plan to submit their applications as soon as possible, beginning November 1.

Once the applications have been vetted by the Charity Guild Board, an informational ballot will be conveyed to the Guild Membership. All 2020 members and patrons are eligible to vote to select the charities that will receive 2021 funding.  Ballots will be distributed via email in January 2021 and selected charities will be announced within the month.

Email application-info@charityguild.org  for any questions related to grant applications.
