Country Club of the South Charity Guild 2007 ServeAtlanta Pro-Am Tennis Classic
· Interior ads are black and white and must be submitted in eps, jpg, or gif format. · Platinum sponsor back cover ad can be color. If color, it must be submitted in eps format. · Minimum resolution is 300 dpi. Higher resolution is encouraged. Artwork from websites is low resolution and usually not acceptable for printing. · The preferred method of artwork delivery is electronic (via email, CD, USB key). Hard copies (printouts, business cards) must be scanned and will be lower quality low resolution images. · Sizes in the table above are the maximum allowable. Submitted ads may be smaller. · The aspect ratio of the artwork (width versus height) is important: o Full page ads are vertical (taller than wide) o Half page ads are horizontal (wider than tall) o Quarter page ads are vertical (taller than wide) · An ad which has an “incorrect” aspect ratio will be reduced in size to fit on the page. detach and submit form to address below
